COURIERS AND DISPATCH
- We primarily use The Courier Guy as our trusted courier partner for all shipments; however, we every now and then do use RGR Couriers
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Johannesburg.
- If you would like to use your own courier, you need to contact us to set up a collection time.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
- Major Centers (including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein, and Port Elizabeth): 1 - 2 business days after dispatch.
- Regional Areas: 2 - 3 business days after dispatch.
- Remote or Outlying Areas: 2 - 4 business days, depending on the specific location.
These timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, peak seasons, or unexpected courier delays.
DELIVERY CHARGES
- Shipping fees are determined by the parcel's weight, size, and delivery destination.
- The exact cost will be quoted and confirmed during the order process, before payment.
- We work to keep rates affordable while maintaining secure and trackable delivery.
PROCESSING AND DISPATCH TIMES
- Orders received and fully paid before 10:00 AM on a business day are typically processed and dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 10:00 AM, or over weekends and public holidays, will be handled on the following business day.
ORDER TRACKING
- Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number sent via email or WhatsApp.
- Use this number to follow your parcel's status on the courier's website.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses—a valid physical street address (according to Google) is required.
- A recipient should be present to accept and sign for the delivery.
- NakedCherry cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from inaccurate address information, courier challenges, or events beyond our control.
