At NakedCherry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure quality and fairness, we have a clear policy for returns and refunds:
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Product Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as opened consumables, electrical appliances, or items marked as final sale, cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.
RETURN PROCESS
1. Contact your Wax Guru via WhatsApp or email to request a return authorization.
2. Once approved, securely package the item(s) and include your original invoice.
3. Ship the parcel back to our Johannesburg warehouse (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty).
4. We recommend using a tracked courier service for your protection.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
- Eligible Returns: Upon inspection and approval, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or offer an exchange/store credit.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-70 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Faulty or Damaged Products: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.
- Deduction for Administration: In cases where a refund is issued due to customer preference (not fault-related), a 10% restocking fee may apply to cover handling and banking charges.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these guidelines.
